Kelly Hamilton is a native of San Antonio, TX and has over 7 years of mortgage banking experience. Prior to joining the Envoy Mortage team, Kelly worked for PHH Mortgage as an in-house mortgage banker for Coldwell Banker United Realtors in the Houston and Austin markets . This experience allowed her to better understand the process of purchase transactions from the Realtor's perspective and uses this insignt to better help facilitate a smooth and seamless transaction for homebuyers.

Kelly's ability to form strong relationships with Realtors also applies to her customer base as evidenced by a significant amount of repeat and referral business from previous customers. Educating borrowers on the mortgage process and the
specific features of each loan option, prompt responses to emails and phone calls, and service above and beyond what is required for the current transaction are but a few ways in which she accomplishes this.

Kelly's sense of service also extends into her belief in "giving back" to the local community through volunteerism.

Prior to relocating to Austin in 2008, she volunteered for the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Child Advocates, the City of Houston's Bureau of Animal Rescue and Control (BARC), and served as Chair of Volunteerism for the Houston Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) whereby she was able to actively encourage others to serve their community.
